You must first register for an account (“Account”) and provide a unique email address and password (collectively, “Credentials”) in order to access any portions of this website. Maintaining the secrecy of your credentials is entirely your responsibility, and you will be held accountable for any harm that results from sharing them or from using them without authorization.
Box it Quick’s privacy policy applies to your credentials, registration information, and any other information you give us. Whether this information is via this website or another—as well as some additional information about you.
Please be aware that any manufacturing and delivery dates we might give you are merely approximations. Orders are sent and delivered by freight firms and third-party shipping couriers. Despite its best efforts to avoid manufacturing and delivery delays, Box it Quick will never be held responsible for any consequential or other losses brought on by such delays. In spite of the aforementioned, Box it Quick will reimburse or waive rush fees if there is a delay. If an order is delayed, the customer does not have the right to cancel it.
Furthermore, since the courier or freight company making the delivery is exclusively responsible for any damages, Box it Quick does not take any financial duty for customer products that are damaged during shipping. Box it Quick will help the customer start an investigation to seek damages and compensation from the relevant shipping carrier and start a resolution if the customer receives defective goods.
Changes in labor, material, and other cost considerations could affect production costs, which could be modified to take effect right away.
For the first order and all follow-up orders, the buyer is in charge of paying all shipping/delivery costs, customs clearing fees, tariffs, and taxes. Shipping charges are subject to change to reflect any changes in expenses between the quotation date and the execution date. They are based on estimated conditions, packing size, weight, and current rates. The customer’s ability to access a shipping dock and forklift determines the shipment prices for large quantities; if not, extra fees might be incurred. Customs clearance, customs examination, and additional fees during transit may incur additional charges. Any information that is asked throughout the shipment and customs clearance procedure must be provided by the consumer. There could be delays and warehousing or storage fees if the required information is not provided. Any costs, charges, or penalties related to a customer’s failure to comply with the shipping and customs clearance procedures are not covered by Box it Quick.
Box it Quick offers a limited warranty with every transaction. We will gladly replace or reduce the price of any products sold if we find that they were defective (as detailed below). Any visible damage, reduction, or loss must be notified promptly upon receipt of the goods and indicated on the transport document or in another document. In all other instances, ALL SALES ARE FINAL because each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value. Within three days of receiving the products, any shipping damage must be notified. When the goods are delivered, the customer must inspect the artwork and dimensions. You have 14 days to report any problems. If packing damage is found after the items have been received, it needs to be notified within 14 days. If not, the product is considered satisfactory by the customer. The consumer has 15 days from the date of delivery to return 100% of the received product (at their own cost) if a replacement is necessary. Shipping costs related to product returns or exchanges, as well as shipping costs for product reorders, are not Box it Quick’s responsibility.
If a product contains any of the following structural or printing errors during manufacturing, or if it is improperly constructed, cut, or finished, Box it Quick considers it defective:

Any colour shift that happens during conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes is not Box it Quick’s fault. All pictures, designs, and artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode and at least 300 DPI at 1:1 scale.
Box it Quick disclaims any liability for printing issues (including fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated images) that may occur from your artwork files not meeting our requirements. To prepare and submit your artwork files to us, please carefully adhere to our standards.
Color matching and ink density on customer-approved screen proofs are not Box it Quick’s responsibility. While color and density cannot be predicted by screen proofs, they can accurately anticipate design layout, text, picture proportion, and placement. Although Box it Quick will make every effort to match each color’s gradient density, Box it Quick cannot be held responsible for how a color turns out in the end.
Due to variations in print techniques and color reproduction procedures, digital print samples may change in color from final production orders.
You may choose to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, artwork, pictures, images, messages, or other items (collectively, “Customer Content”) to Box it Quick for use in print and packaging products for certain product and service offerings. You acknowledge and accept that any Customer Content is entirely your responsibility, as well as the responsibility of whoever may have created it.
In order to fulfil your order, Box it Quick may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise disclose any Customer Content to third parties. This is a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right that you grant us. A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable license is also granted to Box it Quick to use, reproduce, alter, display, and publish your products on the Website and marketing channels for marketing reasons. By sending an email to us, you can ask us not to publish your items for marketing purposes.
In the event that you upload or otherwise give Box it Quick Customer Content, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Box it Quick and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and affiliates harmless from any lawsuit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty. You also agree to pay any judgement or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such lawsuit, demand, or claim, and you pay any legal fees that Box it Quick incurs in defending against such lawsuit.
You commit to refraining from sending, uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting to Box it Quick any Customer Content that contains any of the following:
(a) content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene
(b) content that would violate someone else’s privacy
(c) content that would aid in the commission or concealment of a crime
(d) content that encourages or calls for treason, insurrection, sedition, or forcible resistance to any U.S. law
(e) content that is not legally yours to transmit
(f) is the subject of or infringed upon any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right, or other intellectual property rights of another person or entity
(g) content that contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code that would interfere with or disrupt Box it Quick’s services and/or production, or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.
Box it Quick reserves the right to ship within 8% of the desired quantity, even though we make every effort to ship the quantity required. We advise you to modify the total quantity bought to account for the potential of an underrun if a minimum quantity is required.
Box it Quick has no responsibility to check the content or layout of your order or to proof it in any other way. Orders are produced in their “as submitted” state, and before they are sent to the printer, the customer is solely in charge of confirming and approving the final proof and layout. You acknowledge that you are completely pleased with the document style and content once you send your files to be printed and packaged, and you take responsibility for any problems that may occur. To guarantee color accuracy, finish, and stock properties, Box it Quick advises using PMS colors and unique production-grade prototypes in any projects with strict requirements. The customer hereby agrees to accept color variations and other variations that may arise during a production order from only examining artwork proofs in digital form if the option to acquire a custom prototype before placing a production order is waived for any reason.
Until you have given your written approval to the production-ready proofs that Box it Quick has provided, your order will not be processed or considered production-ready. Upon final validation of the proof or proofs, all estimated turnaround times begin.
Unless otherwise noted, all pricing and dollar quantities on this website are in US dollars. PayPal, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks are the payment methods that Box it Quick accepts. Payment options may differ in the time it takes for payments to clear. Until all outstanding payments have been made and cleared, the production process will not begin, and no products will be distributed. In accordance with the relevant invoice, interest may be charged on past-due or late payments.
After [15/30] days from the invoice date, payment is due. Kindly make sure that the entire amount is paid by the deadline.
Any changes to your name, email address, phone number, or shipping address that differ from those on the invoice and/or your order must be updated and communicated to Box it Quick. If you fail to update your account and shipping information, Box it Quick will not be held liable for any errors, losses, or damages of any kind. During the production process, changes to the shipping address and contact details could incur additional fees.
The materials and content of this website may not be copied or reproduced in whole or in part for commercial purposes, or distributed, re-transmitted, republicated, modified, reverse-engineered, sold, or used in any other way without the prior written consent of Box it Quick, unless otherwise specified in these Terms. In addition, Box it Quick retains the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any portion of this Website or the Services immediately, without prior notice, and to take any necessary action, including legal action, to stop such unlawful and prohibited activity.
